BROADPEAK shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain from Third Parties new versions. BROADPEAK shall have no liability in relation to any Third Party Software defect which is not attributable to BROADPEAK, such as but not limited to a defect/failure in the Third Parties Software as such.
The Software may contain open source components. For avoidance of doubt, Open Source Software is not licensed under the terms of this Software Agreement. See on the related page of this platform, including for any update. Such Open Source Software is only licensed to you by the original owner of the Open Source Software under the terms set forth in the designated Open Source License. You shall acknowledge and accept that, the case being, as a user of such Open Source Software and that it will have to comply with the terms of such Open Source Software licenses.
